RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or equivalent shipping service. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER IT IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WITH ORDER

All Clearance items are Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable. No exceptions. Please pay careful attention when ordering these items.

 

Having issues with a product?

No problem. Simply follow these instructions to ensure your items are returned/exchanged for your money back.

Conditions:

  • Our staff will determine if your items are eligible for return based on the item's condition.
  • Items must be undamaged and unused for full refunds.
  • If the product has been damaged after purchase, or returning due to change of mind, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the item is deemed too damaged to be sold in clearance, no refund will be provided.
  • The following item(s) cannot be exchanged or returned for safety and sanitary reasons:
    • any hair extensions or wigs
    • any opened liquid chemical products
  • Any side effects or manufacturer’s defects must be reported directly to the manufacturer.  

 

Time Limit:

  • If your return is made within 30 days of original purchase date, you will be issued  a money refund for your items.  
  • Any returns made within 30 to 90 days of original purchase date are eligible for in-store credit.
  • After 90 days, products are NOT eligible for return.

Refunds:

Credit:

  • Any purchases made with credit cards will be refunded back to the same card used at the time of purchase, if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Paypal:

  • Any purchases made with Paypal will be refunded back to the account used at the time of purchase, if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow us 5~7 business days for receiving and processing your online refunds.

You must provide your original email order confirmation OR packing slip for a full return. If you do not have either, you may be eligible for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, refer to our ‘Conditions’ section above.

       

Shipping:

You can also ship your order back to us.  Send us an e-mail to see if your order is eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Restrictions:

  • We only ship domestically.
  • NO international shipping is offered at Hair Crown Beauty Supply.

        Process:

If eligible, please make sure all original packaging materials are included in your return.

1)     We will email you a shipping label.

2)     Print out the shipping label and attach it to your return.  

3)     Drop off the package at your nearest post office.

  • If your order is within our time limit, then we will process your return accordingly.
  • We will notify you via email when we have received and processed your return order.

*IF the product(s) you are returning is damaged from YOUR actions, then it is up to you to pay for the shipping fees.

**Otherwise, we will cover the shipping fee and issue a full refund/exchange.
