My tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it

Following these instructions enables you to get your package as quickly as possible if it's around.

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  3. Look around the delivery location
    • Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, in bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
  4. See if someone else accepted delivery
    • Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
  5. Speak with the specific postal carrier who delivers your mail as they do scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered'.
  6. Wait 36 hours—packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
  7. If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier and contact us with the claim number.
Please note: Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected time frame and are unable to be located by the tracking information. It may take additional time for delivery. If the tracking doesn't update within 3 weeks, the package is considered "missing" at that point. It is recommended that you file a claim with the carrier as they will be able to help you find the missing package better than we will. 

If a package falls into this category, Hair Crown Beauty Supply reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.

We recommend that you select USPS Priority or equivalent shipping service. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER IT IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WITH ORDER


I paid for FedEx SmartPost / UPS SurePost but my order was shipped via different service

FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost services are designed for residential addresses. If you select above service at checkout for a commercial address, a comparable shipping service will be used instead at the merchant's discretion. 


FREE Shipping Eligibility

Orders above $65 before any applicable taxes are eligible for free shipping. If eligible, the default shipping service at checkout will be automatically chosen for the customer and will appear as "Free Shipping ($65 or more)". Hair Crown Beauty Supply reserves right to choose appropriate carrier service to ship the order. If preferred, customer can select the shipping method of their choice and pay for corresponding shipping fees.


Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

We recommend verifying all of your information before clicking ' Complete Order'.  Mistakes do happen, and when they do, we recommend contacting us via email immediately for any corrections that need to be made. Your order could already be in the shipping process after few hours it is placed on 

Please note: We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be issued a full refund for the product less the shipping charges. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact us.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing time, so if you would like to expedite redelivery, you may place a new order.


Rejecting Receipt

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without Hair Crown Beauty Supply's consent and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
